01 / The problem
Employers in the skilled trades, energy, healthcare, logistics and technology cannot hire qualified workers fast enough, while public workforce funds, employer tuition dollars and federal support for short-term training increasingly flow only to providers with the right approvals and proven outcomes. The provider market is fragmented and few combine multi-state authorization, registered apprenticeship capability and employer-anchored programs.
02 / What Guild does
Employer-anchored programs
Every program launches against signed employer commitments that define the job, wage range, hiring intent and work-based learning.
Registered apprenticeship at scale
UpManagement Guild acts as sponsor or intermediary, handling standards, registration, instruction and compliance for employers.
Regulatory infrastructure
State authorization, program approvals, ETPL listing and a staged accreditation roadmap, managed centrally.
Outcomes accountability
Cohort-level tracking of completion, credential attainment, placement and wages, published under a formal disclosures standard.
03 / Offerings
Business model
Revenue is paid by the party that captures the value of training: employer-paid contract training, apprenticeship administration and upskilling first, supplemented by public workforce funding once program approvals are in place. Accreditation, program approvals and licenses: not yet in place.
